Youth Tailgate and Parent/Youth Meeting

Sunday, August 24th is the annual parent/youth meeting and our second annual Youth Tailgate. We will begin the evening at 5:00 with a tailgate dinner that is covered dish. Then we will follow up with information about upcoming youth events and programs. We will cover what all we are doing this Fall, how parents and volunteers can get invovled, and new programs youth can get involved in.

New Small Group Program

Friedberg Youth is beginning a new small group program called G-groups. All youth are welcome to join a small group. They will be split according to ages and genders. The small groups are called G-groups which stands for "gemein." This means community and the G-groups are all about building community and a closer relationship with Christ. Most of the groups will meet on Wednesday nights at the church during the same time as Wednesday Night Fellowship. A couple of the small groups will meet on other nights and at the leader's home. If you are interested in joining a small group you should contact Jennifer Clark.

Drama Ministry

Mona Templin is starting a new drama ministry on Wednesday nights from 7:00-7:30 for any youth who are interested in getting involved. You will work with puppets, practice skits, have fun with improvisation, and learn some acting skills.
